Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, prepared properly and painted with the right finish for how each room is used.
Riverton, ST
Riverside homes need finishes that cope with damp. We paint, repair, and trim with that in mind.
Riverton sits along the river, and many of its homes deal with more humidity than houses farther inland. Damp air changes which materials last. Standard flat paint can mildew in basements and bathrooms, and untreated MDF trim can swell where it meets a damp floor.
For bathrooms, laundry rooms, and finished basements we use moisture-resistant primers and mildew-resistant finishes. Where trim sits close to the floor in damp rooms, we suggest PVC or solid wood that has been sealed on every side before it goes up.
A leak or a flooded basement often leaves stained ceilings and soft drywall behind. Once the source is fixed and the area is dry, we cut out damaged board, replace it, seal stains so they can’t bleed through, and repaint so the room looks as it did before. See drywall repair for how a repair is done.
Riverton is a short drive from our base, and we schedule jobs here most weeks. Get in touch to arrange a visit.
