Springfield, ST
Our home base. Painting, trim, and repairs for Springfield's older houses and newer neighborhoods alike.
Springfield is where the business started, so most of our work is here. The town has two very different kinds of housing, and they need different approaches.
Many houses around the old town center have plaster walls rather than drywall, and original wood trim that has been painted many times. Plaster cracks differently from drywall and needs to be repaired with compatible materials, or the repair cracks again within a season. Old trim often has layers of paint that have softened the profile; we strip or sand where it matters rather than adding another coat on top.
Newer houses usually have builder-grade finishes: flat paint that marks easily, thin baseboards, and no casing around some openings. Upgrading to washable paint and taller, better-fitted trim is one of the most noticeable changes you can make for the money.
We can usually visit Springfield homes within a few days of your call. Request a visit and tell us which rooms you are thinking about.

Baseboards, casing, and crown moulding fitted to real walls, with tight corners and seams ready for paint.
Holes, cracks, and water damage patched and blended so the repair disappears under paint.
